Everything we build starts from one observation: a series pack is only as good as its weakest cell, and dissipating the strongest cell’s surplus as heat is an expensive way to throw energy away.

Lithium cells are matched at the factory and drift apart for the rest of their life. Internal resistance, temperature gradients across the pack and small capacity differences compound cycle after cycle. Left alone, one weak cell caps the usable capacity of twenty-four good ones — and eventually becomes the safety problem everybody reads about.
The common answer is a bleeder resistor: burn off the fullest cell until the others catch up. On a 300 Ah energy-storage bank the numbers do not work; at 100 mA of bleed current, closing a 3 Ah imbalance takes over a month of continuous balancing, and every watt of it turns into heat inside a sealed enclosure.
Our approach is to transfer the surplus instead. Chinese invention patent ZL 2019 1 1259513.3 covers the capacitor charge-carrier architecture used in our whole-pack balancing boards, and the flagship smart balancer line adds constant-current control, Bluetooth telemetry and a documented TTL bus so the balancer can talk to a charger, inverter or site controller.

Boards are run-in against real packs and measurement is calibrated against reference instruments, not estimated from a simulation.
